Returns & Refunds
Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@castelcucco.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted. The return must be postmarked within 14 days of the date the item was delivered to you.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges, and your account will be refunded less shipping charges.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods, nor can we refund international duties and taxes.
Please note that we do not accept returns on final sale items.
